Credit Card Orders:
When placing your order at FunnyCharms.com, you will find our site easy to work with. Just click on the item you wish to order, then click on order. You can now edit the quantity or continue shopping. When you are done adding items to your chart, just click check out. Enter any coupons or gift certificate codes in the provided space. Enter payment options and choose shipping options. When you have entered all information, just click place order and you are done.
Money Orders or Checks: *No printer, No problem, please skip to the 4th paragraph. Start finding all the items that you want to buy. As you find each item that you want to buy, click the order button on each item's page and that item will be placed into your virtual "Shopping Cart". When you are done shopping just click on the "Shopping Cart" Tab at the top of any page and view all the items that you are buying. Then, click the "Check Out" button. You will be brought to the next page where you will enter your shipping information. When you are done, *Print that page, call us to know shipping rates mail to the total amount of your order and send your money order and the printed page to:

*If you do not have a printer please handwrite the name of the products you desire as well as the product code, and most importantly your name, address and phone number where you can be reached. Shipping Time
Most of our items are in stock at all times. Because of this, we currently ship 95% of our orders the same day or the next business day after you place it. If an item happens to be on back order, we will notify you immediately. Priority Mail could take between three to five business days. 1st Class Mail usually takes between 4-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Tracking Your Package
Because our customers have requested the best priced shipping in the industry and we listened, we ship all items using the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, there is no way to track these packages in first class mail.
Shipping Rates
You will never be surprised with high shipping charges at FunnyCharms.com! Our shipping charge is $2.99 USPS First Class Mail flat rate for unlimited items worldwide.
Canadian Orders And P.O. Boxes
PO Boxes and orders to Canada are no problem at FunnyCharms.com. There is no additional charge to have items shipped to either of these. Just place your order as usual and we will make sure your package arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Shop with confidence!

Do you have a Catalog?
Because our items are constantly changing to keep only the best items at the best prices, we do not offer a paper catalog.
Return Policy
We stand by our charms and piercings products. Exchanges are always welcome as long as the item has not been used and it is returned in the same way it was originally mailed. We do not accept items for refunds. A store credit will be issued to you if the item is returned to us in it's unopened packaging. No refunds will be issued unless a particular situation warrants one. This will only be done on rare occasions after our CEO's approval.
